There’s not 1 thing I would change on this cooler. It’s absolutely awesome and built to withstand most anything. The most awesome thing is the company behind this cooler. They truly appreciate their customers and go above and beyond to make sure the products they make/sell perform as intended. I had an issue with one of my hoppers, Yeti’s customer service was more than all over it. They made the replacement process so simple, gave me options, communicated the status clearly, and follow up was spot on. It’s so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who stand behind what they manufacture. Period. Thank you Yeti! Bought this cooler two months ago and haven’t stopped using it. It stands up to everything I put it through and keeps its ice for days.

It is an amazing cooler and truly bear proof. We barely had the cooler for a month and it survived a rather large bear (I have pictures of the size of his paws on my husbands truck) that tried very hard to no avail. It was a gift for my husbands birthday and it is by far the best present I have gotten him. On a side note the customer service is exceptional and I am so happy that I ordered through the company and not Amazon as I typically do. Thanks so much, Brigitte MacMillan
